The BLM and Their Plan for 2020... Horses of Extinction, or Distinction?

For those who may remember, this was thought to be the way to go. With all the millions of acres of public lands to roam on, there would be plenty of room for everyone. All will be happy... but that's not the way it worked out. The bill/act meant that wild horses and burros would be safe from being killed or other acts of cruelty while roaming on federal lands. But like everything else it went through many changes and wordings over the years.

Holidays are over business as usual. Wild horses and Burros are in trouble again.
The BLM has been quoted before as saying zero wild horses in certain areas of Nevada so as not to deplete the grazing lands. What they are really saying is zero wild horses and Burros and great numbers of livestock...So what makes the difference what animals eat the grazing lands...it's still gonna get depleted. The people have to decide for themselves what the truth is. I think it's time somebody stepped in and said this is enough.
