As far as fruits and vegetables -- just about anything. You do want to be careful with the amount of fruit as it may cause diarrhea if your rabbit isn't used to it. Orange peels were always a favorite with mine, and Vitamin C is essential in their diets because they can't store it. Raw lettuce, carrots, beets, spinach, cucumber, corn, etc. are also usually very well-received.
