What human food is good for dogs?
Do you share your food with your best friend? What human foods do your dog eat?
They can eat, blueberries, apples, cinnamon, tuna, salmon, mackerel, and frozen broccoli. Don't replace your dog's normal food with it though, and only in small amounts. My puppy is a sucker for tuna and salmon!
"What human food is good for dogs?" and "What human foods does your dog eat?" are kind of two very different questions.
Many people feed raw or cooked diets to their dogs consisting of human food. Many of my friends get their dogs' food at the butcher counter - not the dog super store. I, personally, feed kibble to my dogs, supplementing it with supplements for their individual super-active lifestyles. The only human food my dogs get are in very small "treat" amounts.
My dogs do get what's called "Salmon Crack" during dog shows. This is a homemade dog treat that is so good, it's "crack" (a common US term for an addictive drug) for dogs.
Salmon Crack is simply a can of salmon, flour and two eggs combined, spread on a cookie sheet and baked. My dogs LOVE it.
But on a regular basis, my dogs do not get human food.
