The best chances a dog with parvo has is a vet. They dehydrate and starve. If a vet isn't an option try small amounts of water with a syringe. You can also try calling local vet offices to see if they can accept payments. If a vet is not an option please keep this in mind before you get another puppy. Things happen and it isn't fair to continue to get anymore animals if you are unable to care for them.

Vet has restricted water for the pup suffering from parvo, is that okay? The pup is thirsty and wanting to drink water but the vet has asked me not to let him drink water or eat anything, he is on IV since 2 days and the vomiting and bloody diarrhea hasn't stopped.
