The Only Pit Bull Toy That Will Last

Updated on September 24, 2015

This Toy is Guaranteed To Last!!

If you say this phrase to most Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix owners they are most likely to scoff at you, and with the worst type of scoff, the scoff of experience.

Indeed, I have 4 Pit Bull Mix rescue dogs and every single day I still scoff at the one single product I have found that my dogs cannot tear up. Every day I am certain will be the day that this toy falls apart and turns into the debris that I have seen my dogs turn everything they have ever been given as toy material.

So far, I am on day 112 of the last toy I will ever buy for my 110, 92, 79 and 64 pound Pit-GSD and Pit-Boxer mixes. And believe me, I can't believe my eyes.

I Know You Want to See It! - So here it is.

Yep, this is it. It looks weird. And those arms look like most dogs could just slice them right off in a few chews, but I can assure you, the one I will show you at the bottom of this page has been viciously chewed by four incredibly large dogs all with variying levels of Pit in them. Even a neighbors full bred pit who visits doesn't put near the dent in this toy that my own dogs have. But still, yeah, thing looks silly you think? It is, but my dogs freakin' LOVE IT!

West Paw Designs - ZogoFlex

Large Tizzy Dog Toy

Yeah. Look, I know Zogoflex has a ton of great toys, but I am telling you, none of them have stood the test of time that the Large Tizzy model has stood in my house.

Zogoflex Big Tizzy - Day 110

So this is all the damage that has been done. And the times one of my four pits has actually gotten a piece to come off of the ends it has taken them hours of working at it.

Details! I will want details! Tell me about your dog's size, breed mixes, toys they tried that failed you!

Do your Pits have a toy they can't destroy? - Please share it with me!!

My puppy is about 60 pounds, and he chews everything! I've found that Kong rubber toys last long. This looks like a great new toy though!

@PestControlEasternSuburbs: I'd imagine their biting power very similar. I can't believe this one hasn't been destroyed. I mean I really cannot. I still look at it and laugh and imagine the day it will come in two.. but it's still hanging on, mostly in tact sans some excess chewing in its leg areas.

I have an Amstaff. Needless to say that at first, all toys were useless. They didn't last for more than 5 minutes. And then I fount the most mirobolant rubber ball - and it comes in different sizes :D

I don't have a Pitbull, but I used to have a Rottweiler who could destroy ANY indestructible toy there was!
