Cat Owners Stink Finder Products And Tips

Updated on February 14, 2019

An Excellent Tool To Hunt Down Cat Urine

Many cats that normally use their litter box can also spray urine in inappropriate places in the house.

If you have this problem, the first thing that usually alerts you is the smell. Sometimes the smell is hard to pinpoint. You can track it to an area, but you may not actually be able to see it.

So now you have to sniff closely to the wall or furniture, trying to figure out where it is so you can clean it up. But how can you be sure you got it all?

What Is Stink Free Good For?

The UV Stink Free light is great for so many things. It will detect not only urine but other contaminates such as saliva, feces, vomit, blood, semen.

The light will also detect the ultra violet strip in paper money bills.

It can be used to help find shards of broken glass, and can also detect ringworm, bedbugs and scorpions (according to their website).

Take one of these black lights into your bathroom, turn off the light, and what do you see? If there are any males in your home, you may be shocked.

Time for a thorough clean, to get all of what cannot be seen without this light!

Warning:

The manufacturer says to check the material you are going to clean off for color fastness. If it is not color fast, this will fade what you are using it on.

Be sure to test on the material that you are going to clean in an area that will not be noticed first, just in case it does fade. This is a good test to use on any urine removal solutions.

Stink Finder Worked for Me.

Finding this product was a miracle worker for me! I was in a never ending cycle of cleaning and cleaning and still not being able to get all the cat pee cleaned up. Once I bought this light, I could see the major pee spot but it also illuminates all the tiny splatter, spray and dribble marks.

You need to have the room darkened, but it does not have to be completely dark. So if you discover cat urine earlier in the day just block most of the natural light on the area in question and you should be able to track it down with the Stink Finder light. It works excellent in a completely dark room.

Once you have located the spots, you can use the odor remover on it.
