Running Stitch with Twist

The running stitch is the most basic stitch in embroidery. We are going to add a bit of a twist to make this simple stitch into something jazzy and unique.

Materials required :

  • Any Fabric (I used a T-shirt)
  • Embroidery floss
  • Scissors
  • Embroidery needle
  • Cardboard / any cereal box
  • Tracing paper
  • Pen / Pencil
  • Rhinestones or Gems (optional just to bling it up)

You can begin by drawing a design on a piece of paper. Decide where on your fabric you want the design to be. Trace the design with the help of a tracing paper. You are ready to do the stitch.

Watch the video below and get creating your unique garments and linen.
