Berkeley Office Building

Updated on December 27, 2014

Clapboard sided clerestory windows appear to peek up from a low-slung modern box. Lush xeriscaping helps to protect the building from a busy corner. This building has held up well in the 10-15 years since it was remodeled. My guess is that the owner spent well above average to make their building especially nice.

Nice work Arkin-Tilt.

I like it...It was hard to photograph with all the foliage, but I like the pop-up windows...or roof monitors. I think it was a 1950s box before the remodel. Follow the link to the architect's website up top there are some photos of the inside.

sarah, did you do the remodel...or this is just something you think is inspiring?
