Bored Chefs - My first video attempt!
After being inspired by Sky321 I downloaded VideoPad Video Editor, as it seemed to offer better facilities than the Window Movie Maker, and found that it's really simple to use!
My first effort is purely experimental and to get used to using the program, so I chose a fun subject, using a series of photos I had which show how chefs have carved fruit and vegetables into strange and exotic designs!
My soundtrack was limited to what was available at the time, which happened to be the A Team soundtrack.... Go figure! - my nine year old daughter loves it!
Anyhow a pleasurable couple of hours only marred by the necessity to hear the bally soundtrack several million times to adjust the timing of shots.
It's making no statement or breaking any new ground, but I'm pleased to find out that I can do this, and hopefully others will also get into making personal videos for our hubs!
NB: Having just watched it myself, I see that I will need to work on the quality of images! - and these images are great, so I have also added the images as photos at the end of the hub!
I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better, I must do better!
Next morning..... and I have just noticed that this is an ad free zone! - not that this bothers me, my annual AdSense income would just about buy a tank of gas!.... in fact in a way it's rather refreshing..... maybe?
