Fall From Above 2017
Fall Color 2017
Autumn Color from Above: 2017
Most people photograph and view the fall leaves from an overlook or eye level. These photographs are taken from my Parrot Bebop 2 drone. It has a 14 MP camera, and we stay at or below the required limit of 400 feet, for safety and it is a requirement. These were taken at the peak of fall color in south eastern Tennessee. As the leaves continue to fall and the color dissipates, there are still vivid memories relived because of these photographs from above.
I started this hobby of drone flying in 2015 with a small camera drone. I had no stabilization and some of the pictures came out with waves. This first one was caught in a tree, and so I bought a second, then a third, fourth, and so on. Now I currently use as my main one the Bebop 2. I had a Bebop 1, but it actually flew away from me, the risk of this hobby, watching the drone just fly away from you and be lost.
I hope to post more consolations of photos from my adventures and flights. The first one is the beauty of fall color.
