How to Make Loofah Soap

Once you know how to the basics of making melt and pour glycerin soap then making loofah soap is quite simple. All you have to do is find some loofah, usually in circular log shapes. Cut it to the necessary size for the mold you are using. Put it in the mold and pour the melted soap with color and/or scent if desired in and let sit. Once it is set/firm you can pop out and you have a loofah soap. If you find the soap is not sinking through the loofah to the bottom of the mold (eventually becomes the top of soap bar), then you may want to pour some soap in the mold before placing the loofah in and finish filling the mold.
