Eye Treat !!
What do you say, if you are happened to see so many stunning bright colorful articles or objects around you !!. "Eye Treat" . Isn't ?. Yes, the same I was able to capture recently in India. It is was a true eye treat, with loads of bright colored , extraordinary designs implemented, from a miniature to jumbo household handicrafts on an exhibition.
It is a pleasure going these kind of exhibitions, where just viewing these things itself is a refresh to your mind, buying them is the next gift !!. Usually , there they exhibit crafts items from all parts of India, say North India, South India, Northeast etc.
It was a huge collection of crafts, spread on plenty stalls, some stalls are on open ground & some are in the inside building, viewers from all over the city were busily purchasing their favorite items, it was a good observing experience on being one of them at that place.
Wooden carved Goddess Saraswathy
First on the entrance, I saw this beautifully carved wooden statue Goddess Saraswathy for the sale. The statue is amazingly carved with all the significances, of her holding 'Veena' one of most famous string instruments, and mounted upon a swan, and with so many detailed impressions on it .
Wooden carved God Ganesh & Krishna
More of wooden sculptures were presented over there, another one was a carving of Gods Ganesh & Krishna, along with the beautiful peacock standings on either side. Unpainted wood sculpture always has its own specialty because of its retaining wooden color and its fragrance.

Another on the line is a bright colored God Krishna , as an apt art piece to keep on your living room. It is also a wooden sculpture with perfectly painted on each parts. It is surrounded with 9 'avatharams' ( belief of 9 different births of God) and a 'Yaazhi' ( a mythic animal - combination of lion , elephant, horse) on either sides.
Decorated wooden blocks
This looks amazing !!.. Isn't ?.. very fine carving of different images onto a wooden board, and perfect painting on the top, make these objects look delightful !!. They carry more than 5 to 10 image blocks on a same wood piece, thus making it to look fantastic !!

Excellent door design, with 4 blocks of designs on each side, separated in-between for door open/close facility.
Miniature wooden marriage musical band set
Interesting !!, it is a set of half a dozen small wooden toys, resembling Indian wedding musical band, playing Indian musical instruments. It is a perfect gift for marriage or engagement.
Wooden wall hanging
Look at the fantastic design made on the thin wooden board !! They are very much divine and at the same time perfect wall hanging on your favorite place. So many color variations are giving to enhance its look. It has a perfect finish , simply amazing !!
