Taste of Fall - A Day at the Orchards
My Favorite Season
Autumn or Fall is finally here! It's one of my favorite seasons of the year. I love to see leaves turn from green to red, yellow, orange, and so on. Another reason why I enjoy autumn so much is that it's the season for apple picking. Over the years, apple picking has become a yearly family trip. We have so much fun at the orchards, where we not only can pick apples but also vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, corn, and so on. Our favorite farm is Lawrence Farms Orchards in upstate New York. They have the best tasting apples and their apples are clustered together - what a wonder for the avid photographer! I enjoyed munching on apples but of course, I won't forget to snap pictures of the beautiful apple trees. This year, we went picking in mid October when most apples were already being picked. My favorite, Macoun, was not available for picking :( Nevertheless, it was a fun outing as always. I got a little TREAT - tons of foliage right in front of my eyes - you will know what I mean if you flip through my collection of apples and......find out yourself :)

Time for Some Serious Photoshoot
Strolling through the orchards, I accidentally spotted some gorgeous foliage, and they were intertwined with the apple trees. Not wanting to miss this perferct opportunity for some beautiful photos, I took out my camera and snapped as many pictures as I could. The red leaves hanging in between the apples (this is where the perfection comes in - red leaves and golden apples) are truly amazing.
