The Easiest Web Design Software in the World
Looking for the easiest web design software? If you're building a website, there's the hard way and then there's
the easy way. HTML is quite easy to learn but some people just don't
have the time or the will to learn. The good news is that there are
several software available to aid you in web design.
The most popular web development software today is Adobe Dreamweaver. It's a very powerful program that has all the bells and whistles. CSS, Javascript, ASP, PHP, including support for several other useful web technologies are incorporated in the software. However, this is not the easiest web design software in the world nor is it the least expensive. There's a steep learning curve and you have to shell out $350 to get a licensed copy.
Adobe Dreamweaver helps speed up website design and creation but it isn't the ideal software if you're starting out and don't know CSS, HTML and Javascript.
There are several free alternatives to Dreamweaver. NVU is one. It's 100% free but not really comparable to Dreamweaver when it comes to features. It would also take some learning before you feel comfortable with the software.
Amaya is from W3C and adheres to the standards that W3C promotes. This software is still probably too clunky for the beginner web designer.
Kompozer attempts to fix the bugs in NVU. This HTML editor is easily used when developing websites for Firefox. You'll have to fix it later to be compatible with Internet Explorer.
What I do recommend for web designers who are just starting out is XsitePro 2. This software is very popular among internet marketers as it allows you to create websites fast without having to worry too much about design.
The tutorials are very easy to follow and they have a forum where you can find answers to even the most obscure questions. It sells for a fraction of Dreamweaver and way way easier to use. It's newbie-friendly. Even experienced web developers find Xsitepro a godsend for fast creation of beautiful websites.
