Adult Craft Kits -- Needlework Kits

Updated on October 9, 2014

Give a Gift of Needlework Kits

Keep your ear to the ground for hints about unique gift ideas, like needlework kits. Often times, crafters like to try out new crafts but can't always justify spending the money to try out a new medium. Give a gift of a needlework kit for a new craft and watch them smile!

These adult craft kits are suitable for older children, around age 12 or 13, and for adults who have expressed an interest in learning a new craft or taking up an old favorite again.

Some popular needlework crafts are embroidery, counted cross stitch, needle felting, sewing, knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint. Or try your hand at Tunisian or hairpin lace crocheting for an even bigger crafting challenge.

I love seeing embroidery, needlepoint and vintage quilts, but am too impatient to make any myself. I like projects that I can see the finished product the same day.

I always have a project going. Just freshened up my "go bag" for the waiting line! Great lens. Thanks for the inspiration to keep moving and ideas for future ideas!
