You'll need to fasten a bow to the corner of your sunglasses' frame. Attach the bow with glue. You can find all sorts of plastic bows in the jewelry section of your local craft store.

To make the whiskers for your Hello Kitty sunglasses you'll need polymer clay or mold-able plastic. If you use polymer, like Sculpy, choose a color that coordinates with your frames. You'll need to cut and mold each individual whisker. (Three for each side.) The "whiskers" then need to be fastened to the frames. Check the package of the product you are using for instructions on how to attach the polymer to plastic (some kind of glue usually).
