My Michael Jackson Paintings - Remembering The King Of Pop In Art

Updated on October 10, 2009

My Michael Jackson Paintings As Tributes

This is the first Hub of a series of Hubs I plan to do featuring my art videos. This Hub will feature my Michael Jackson paintings. I have done two paintings and two sketch card ACEO drawings of The King of Pop that I think represents the feelings I have for him. He was a great entertainer and humanitarian. He did a lot to not only help people, but also to open eyes and unite people.

Michael was loved all around the world and was friends with kings, Country Leaders and Dignitaries. Michael was able to cross all color barriers. It didn't matter black, white, red, yellow or brown all races loved him. He changed the entertainment world. He was the greatest entertainer of all times and it's going to be hard to find anyone to take that crown after him.

The world paid homage to Michael Jackson on July 7th, 2009 when his memorial service was held. Friends, speakers and entertains were able to expressed their feels for him. As an artist I express myself through my artwork and the art on this Hub is my way of expressing how I feel about Michael.

I will do another Hub to feature my Michael Jackson drawings. You can also check out my Squidoo Lens featuring my Michael Jackson art and see the pencil work for another Michael Jackson painting I may be working. While you're there take the poll on whether you think I should do the painting or not.

Michael Jackson Painting #1

My First Michael Jackson Painting

This is the first Michael Jackson Painting I did. In this painting I wanted to show Michael as he was as a child and when he was older. Although his looks may have changed he still had that child like demeanor, which endeared  him to so many people. And of course I had to show him doing what he did best and that is entertaining.

This painting is up for sell on eBay. So if you interested in owning this Michael Jackson Painting head on over there. Meanwhile check out the video on how I did this painting below.

Michael Jackson Painting #2

My Second Michael Jackson Painting

This of course is the second Michael Jackson painting I did. It was a tragic and unexpected loss to the world when Michael suddenly passed away on June 25th, 2009. He had not been sick so it came as a shock when first hearing that he was rushed to the hospital for heart failure and then later to find out he had died.

Since Michael's death was so sudden he didn't get a chance to say good-bye to the people who loved him. However, in this painting Michael does say good-bye to his family, friends and fans as he moves on to glory.

This painting is sold, but you can get this Michael Jackson painting as a Michael Jackson poster by clicking the link.

That painting number 2 is ace and captures the king of pops face in a realistic way as he waves goodbye!

Excellent stuff, I need to practice with portraits and stuff as I'm a little rusty.

      But great job!
