Best Deal and Discounts on NextGen I10 Magna 1.1 Car January 2012
It was in November and December when I posted information about car discounts on Maruti, Skoda, Ford, Volkswagen, Nissan, and Hyundai cars in Delhi. At that time, many of my office colleagues, friends, and relatives including me exchanged old cars and bought new cars at maximum discounts. Some bought Nissan Micra and some bought Ford Figo, or Hyundai i10 or i20. I bought Hyundai i10 Magna NextGen at a very attractive discount of 47,700/- plus. All in all, the whole year-end discount affair became a profitable deal for car buyers and also for car dealers, as they enjoyed a sudden burst in sales due to the exiting discounts they were offering.
At that time, everyone knew that starting January 1, 2012, the cars will become costly due to the increase in registration prices and closure of year-end offers, although there are a few car dealers who have 2011 manufactured car stocks in their showrooms and are selling them to preferred customers in January on the same discounts they were offering in December but the stock is limited according to my information. It is also possible that the best deal cars from 2011 have been sold away till the time I am writing this hub.

But still one should not lose hope, as there are special discounts for people who were not able to buy their new cars in December last year. I will give you an example of NextGen i10 Magna that I bought in December and will compare it with the discount on the same car and model in January 2012:
Here is the December deal for Next Gen I10 Magna 1.1 BSIV. Color: Sleek Silver, Power steering and all power windows:
Debit Note:
HP: 100
Registration and Road Tax: 20,834
Logistic Charge: 6,290
Insurance: 12,298
TOTAL: 39,522
1. Price of one: i10 Magna 1.1 BSIV F/L Sleek Silver 361,401
2. Discount: 43,043
3. Net selling price 319,358
4. VAT/LST 39,920
5. Other charges 0
TOTAL: 359,278
GRAND TOTAL: 39,522 + 359,278 = 398,800
The total on-road cost of i10 Magna 1.1 NextGen without discount was 446500/-. Now let us see what deal I have got on this car:
446500 - 398,800 = 47700
The total discount on i10 Magna 1.1 was 47,700. Now here is the breakup of discounts I got:
Cash discount: 15,402
Insurance: 12,298
Exchange bonus: 20,000
TOTAL: 47700
Now for January 2012, the cash discount on i10 has been removed and if you will buy a new one, then you will get the following discounts:
Insurance: 12,298
Exchange bonus: 15,000
TOTAL: 27,298
According to me, still the January 2012 discount deal is good enough because of two important things:
- Starting February or March 2012, both of these discounts will be removed from new cars.
- You are getting a 2012 registration year on your new car if you buy your car now. The 15000 cash discount compensates for this as if you have bought your car in December 2011, the registration year would have been set as 2011. You are getting a 1-year new car by buying it in January.
Though these were the discounts mentioned by Hyundai. If you want additional discounts on this deal, you can contact me at 9911708112. You can also contact me for getting maximum deals on other cars and manufacturers over and above the discounts your car dealer is already offering you.
