Put some oil in the back and front part of the wheels. Especially in the chains. Put some speed gadgets in the back part of the wheel. And make it always clean.
One very good method is replacing the rear gear wheel. The point is, that placing a gear wheel with more merlons you can increase the speed of your bike and lower the fuel consumption, which is a great thing. But you need to be careful and should consult a specialist before doing that.
