    i sprayed my beetle yellow in cellulose paint and i cant seem to get it dry it has stayed tacky...

    have you any ideas why or how i can make it dry i have had a heater on for ages but no joy.

    Is this lacquer paint?  If it is, it usually dries fairly fast.  One of the most common problems with paint not drying is putting too much on too fast.  You need to allow the proper flash time between coats.  Not allowing the the paint to flash may cause the top coats to dry and not allow the underneath paint not dry.  I had this happen one time, but it was with base coat/clear coat.  I had to strip and repaint.  I would ask your paint supplier for help.  Ask to read the technical data sheet to learn more about the product.  I hope this help.  Let me know what happens.
