When a mechanic runs a diagnostic test on a 2007 Hyundai Tucson. What information do they receive?
They ran a diag test. Said it was the fuel system. Repaired some stuff. I brought it home. 2 days later it started to grind (it's a manual diesel). The gears were not actually grinding but that was the sound it was making. Also the a/c quit working at the same time! No lights in the vehicle came on. I am currently having it towed back to the dealership. If there were additional problems with other systems wouldn't those have been identified during the original diag test??
Are you talking about the DTC that you stick under the steering wheel to get the engine check codes or are you talking about hooking it up while running?
can get free DTC check at AutoZone.
