“No one make feel inferior without your permission”. A quote signifies the importance of self confidence. Namely you should have that challenging mentality in your mind. But here I’m trying to emphasize, how much you have? The quality of your mind that born and brought up with you, the only quality of a person who already secured a descent seat in society (I mean successful person). It should from someone you can address your fears and concerns, but not a person who passes them on to others and submit sensitive information about you.
Neglect undue criticism
Do not allow undue comments and criticism. People have a tendency to re emphasize another person’s ignorance and failure. Do not allow this and self criticizing is the worst enemy.
Take care of yourself
Eat right. Get enough sleep. Exercise play and laugh. Tap into your spirituality. Get balance with your family. Most women work for grueling hours. They have to mend the home as well. A working woman puts 47% more effort than a man in the similar situation. Women traditionally spend more time taking care of others, everything from kitchen duty to the kid’s petting, health and care. Woman should find time for them also. It is very important to self appreciate and self confidence.
