Its really hard when you can't talk about where you work.... My dad's company has been around for like 14 years and its an amazing company to work for. I am the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator and I love what I do. I started work on November 20th, 2006 and its the longest place I've ever worked for. I'm really glad that I don't have a good relationship with my dad and step mom because I don't get any Royal treatment from the owners. It makes me want to work harder and become more responsible for myself. Thinking back at the "almost" 5 years I've worked there; all the employee's get really spoiled with parties and BBQ's.

Our BBQ's are so much fun. We try and have one every year. the BBQ we had in 2010 was a carnival theme and we always have the upper management dress in silly clothes. They came out with clown shoes, a rainbow wig, and a big clown tie. We played games and even had a dunk tank. We got to dunk my dad and my step mom... It was for a good cause though, cause all the money we ended up getting for the bidding on the dunk tank went to Relay For Life. That year I was in charge of the cotton candy stand. It was awesome! Our 2011 BBQ was pretty sweet. Since the company did an amazing job with our fiscal year (we made around 25.6 million dollars) the owners( my dad and step mom) gave every employee 5 one hundred dollar bills. Everyone was pretty shocked when they actually counted each one to them.

Our Holiday party's are pretty spectacular! The first one I went to was at the Railroad Museum in Old Sacramento. The year after that was at the Aerospace Museum. Our tables were all around planes. It was awesome! We get some pretty cool prizes too. Each Holiday party we give out some really amazing gifts. Some of the prizes were a Wii, trips, money, TV's, camera's, DVD players, ect.

Overall I am really blessed to be working with some of the coolest people around and be working for a company that really takes care of their employee's. I love what I do and I wouldn't have it any other way.
