How principles of TQM be applied to a personnel function

TQM may applied to personal functions by variety of tools like community top to bottom acknowledge them importance of TQM and benefits after having TQM in organization, it may be done through seminars work shop discussions and motivation and so on.


Cultural change is required to implement TQM but personals doesn’t prefer this because of being use to existing culture would use causes some uncertainties which they are afraid to see and to implement TQM and being change organization may use any strategies from discussed


• Firings employees against change• Changing job nature of employee as Uniliver did i.e. Head of union is given as other job with more incentives.• Motivate for change• Training prepration check time to time their behavior and use of application by HRM may be helpful
