How to Advertise with Revver

Updated on June 18, 2008

Revver Video Advertising

Revver dot com matches video creators with advertisers to create a win-win solution for both. Video creators get money because (in theory) people who watch their videos sometimes click on the advertisements show before, during and/or after the video.

In this hub I'll show you how to advertise with revver and describe what is involved in doing so. Please keep in mind I am a fan of revver video- I am not employed by them and I would suggest that you visit their website if you'd like further details.

How to Begin an Advertising Campaign with Revver

When you are ready to advertise on Revver, visit their site by clicking on this advertising link.

You will need to have the following information available:

  1. Company
  2. State
  3. Country
  4. Name
  5. Email
  6. Phone
  7. Campaigns per year
  8. Budget per campaign
  9. objective

There are several options for both budget and objectives. For budget you can have the following:

  • $10,001-25,000
  • $25,001-50,000
  • $50,001-75,000
  • $75,001+

There is also an in-depth, eleven page "Revver Media Kit" available for download in PDF format. You can find this on the page I linked to earlier.

Why Advertise with Revver?

There are a number of different reasons why advertising with Revver video is a good option.

First of all, videos from their site can be syndicated into many different formats. In other words, you can post revver video on facebook, myspace, bebo, blinx, iTunes, AppleTV, Wordpress, Blogger, AOL and in other places. This way videos that have your advertisement on it can reach a wide variety of audiences.

Secondly, Revver is rapidly growing in popularity. They made a huge spash last year when they paid out about $1 million dollars to their users for videos. This has gained them much popularity and has greatly increased their user base. More users = more videos = more opportunities for your advertisements to be shown.
