Languages all around us!

In my many forays into the work world of call centers, I have never come across a company as compassionate and caring as Cyracom International/Voiance. Everyday, 24 hours a day, they are assisting persons who would otherwise be unable to communicate. Language interpretation services are a vastly growing market and should be recognized for all that they do.

In the US alone we have over 350 spoken languages with Spanish and English being the most common. But did you know that in New York there is a large population that speaks Tagolog? This would be the most common of the Philippian languages with Visayan, Cebuano, and Ilocano following closely behind. There are some very special people at Cyracom called Client Service Reps who assist these everyday callers with determining the correct language for their situation. With hundreds of languages there also comes many different dialects. These Client Service Reps are so familiar with the world as a whole that they can locate a limited English speakers home country and give all possible languages until one can officially be called their language.

In a hospital setting this service could mean the difference in obtaining treatment or being passed over. When a nurse is assisting in delivery its critical to be able to communicate with the mom in her native language, giving her the support, and attention she deserves. An interpreter provides a seamless interaction between these two parties. Confidently relaying all spoken communications to both nurse and mom until the job is done.

Are you Multilingual? Can you step up to the plate and provide a fellow human being with the language support they need to thrive in everyday life? If your answer is yes, you’re one of a kind and should consider the benefits of working for a language interpretation company. Bring the world one step closer together and have a career that your proud of.
