How to Make Money Online

Today making money from home is easier than ever. It does not require any significant investment – except your time – or special knowledge. You can acquire all the skills you need to start earning income online in just one weekend or less.

You can truly make your dreams come true and create passive income on the Internet doing something that you love, but you have to get started NOW. Even if you don’t have the perfect plan, or you’re not sure exactly how it’s going to work out. The best way to learn is to learn by doing, and this is especially true with the Internet.

WARNING & DISCLAIMER!!!

Mind you, easy does NOT mean effortless, and only those who have a true desire, persistence, and willingness to work hard will succeed. So, if the idea of spending your time doing keyword research, building web pages, writing articles, and performing countless other little tasks that are needed to be successful online, and would rather spend your evenings watching your favorite TV shows, then this guide probably isn't for you.

The good news is that most people who can use a text editor and know how to send an email have sufficient computer skills to set up their own web pages that will make them money.

--In fact, there are so many options today to earn money online, that TOUGHEST PART is actually CHOOSING what to do and STICKING with it long enough -- until it starts showing results, that is until you start to earn money online.

If you are one of the people who are overwhelmed with too many choices and don’t know what to do, then this guide is for you. It presents one simple way to make money online - just follow the steps outlined below, and in just a few hours – or days, depending on how much time you can spend on this weekly – you will have your first web pages set up and ready to make you money.

A Guide To Making Money From Home Using The Internet: A Quick Guide to Making Money Online For Complete Beginners

So here are my steps to making money online.

Step 1. I recommend that you start with building pages on a free website, such as this one. You’ll be able to learn the basics of traffic generation without the expense of registering your own domains and paying for hosting. Go to hubpages.com and set up your own account.

Step 2. Learn how to choose profitable keywords and optimize your pages for the search engines. You will need to learn how search engines work and how to attract maximum traffic coming from the search engines to your hubs.

Whether you are trying to sell something, or want to spread a word about your business, or just want to make money with pages such as this one, every web page needs traffic, and the search engine traffic that is targeted to what you have to offer is the best traffic that you can attract.

Of course, mastering search engine optimization (or SEO) is a big subject, too big for this hub, so I recommend you head to the KeywordAcademy website to learn how to build websites that will make you money. Download and watch their videos, and do what they teach. Cost: $1 for the first month, then 30 dollars per month.

Step 3. Set up your accounts with Google Adsense, Amazon, and Ebay, so you can start making money with hubpages immediately. If you are unable to set up an account with Google, then this method may not be profitable for you.

Step 4. Write lots of valuable, helpful pages that will enrich the lives of your readers. Include various media: pictures, YouTube videos, news feeds, add products from Amazon and Ebay, etc. Make sure you include your keywords in the title, tags, and in any links that you build to that pages.

Step 5. Participate in the community by commenting on other hubs, answering questions, linking to other useful pages on Hubpages.com website and other sites, and subscribing to other hubbers’ feeds.

How Much Money Can You Earn Online?

There is literally NO LIMIT to how much you can earn online.

Of course, some money making methods are more profitable than others. The method described above is best for beginners who just want to make their feet wet, who want to make a few hundred dollars of extra income on the side, BUT, this method will not make you rich. You may be able to create a full time income with it - but only if you really create a LOT of super popular hubs on super profitable topics.

What I like about this method is that this income stream is completely passive, meaning once your pages start making money, you will not need to do any extra work to keep the money coming in. However, to make more money - a few thousands of dollars a month or more - you will need to take your internet marketing skills to the next level.

You will need to learn how to build a website (read my weekend web design course) and how to build a list of subscribers (read about internet marketing tools) and how to build relationships with them, so that they trust you and buy from you.

You'll be able to follow your passions, teaching people what you know, promoting ideas in which you believe, or just earning passive income online.

Once you learn the ropes, you can even become an internet marketing consultant or web designer, who will provide high-priced or affordable web design services to other businesses and individuals. This is what I have been doing successfully for the past couple of months: providing marketing consulting, coaching and web promotion services to local businesses.

Yes, it will take time - maybe even a few years - but if you start today, in a couple of years you may have a decent passive income online - an income that will allow you to make money from home from something you are truly passionate about (so work no longer really feels like work), travel around the world, move to another country, or do whatever else you would like to do - without the need to worry about money, or job security, or retirement.
