Are You Fulfilling Your Destiny?

When was the last time you checked in with yourself to see if you are where you really want to be? Are you stuck in a job you don't love, or worse, out of work and looking for a job you know you will hate?

Take a deep breath and let all your fears go. Take a deep breath and let your worries go. Take a deeper breath now and let all your anxieties go. Repeat this process until you feel lighter inside your body and mind.

Now go back in your mind to a time in which you were a little child. What did you want to be when you grow up? What was your passion? What was the one thing that would light your inner fire and fuel your desire to continue living?

Unless it was to be astronaut and you are 78 years old (IE, too late for that dream now! lol) you will no doubt have stumbled upon a part of your inner truth.

Did you remember your goal to be a writer, a musician, a doctor or maybe just a "rich person"?

Did you want to be a dancer, a painter or a teacher?

Was your childhood dream something you can do now?

Is there a class you can take now at a local university or online that will help you fulfill your childhood dreams and goals?

So... when can you start?

How about now?

=D

Achieving a Dream!

Avoid Overwhelm and Just DO IT!

When you think of your BIG DREAM it is easy to get overwhelmed. Avoid this by recognizing that every little thing you do to move closer to your dream helps.

For example, say you wanted to be a singer when you were little. Start this dream by practicing warm up exercises in the mornings. Also move one step closer every day, only one step, towards your goal. Here is what your week could look like:

Monday: Find a voice coach.

Tuesday: Sign up for singing lessons at the local University to hone your skill.

Wednesday: Go see a live performance, concert or open mic night with a friend. Make connections with the performers and owner of the venue (ie, club/bar/coffeehouse/downtoan plaza).

Thursday: Research what singers use to keep their throats and mouths healthy, such as what herbs or methods keep the instrument (your voice) at its top quality.

Friday: Buy the herbs, salts, lozenges or whatever you found out about on Thursday. Start using these things.

Saturday: Exercise to fill your lungs with air and expand your ability to hold a note. Go on a ling bike ride with a friend, go swimming, or just meditate in the park while practicing deep breathing.

Sunday. Rest and relax. Take a hint from God and the Bible: "On the 7th Day He rested." =D

The following week, keep up this pace. Just one small thing every day. Some of these things will take less than 15 minutes. But daily, move forward towards your goal of being a singer.

By taking this dream and breaking it down into small simple steps, you avoid being overwhlemed and you also release inward pressure and will actually start to feel better emotionally because your Soul, your inner Spirit is actually happy that you are finally moving towards your childhood dream and this it releases this pressure.

What Happy Looks Like!

Develop a Millionaire Mindset in Conjunction With Your Dream

You may have a dream that is amazing and the rewards of fulfilling this dream is pleasure enough. But I have to ask this question:

"What if you were able to do what you love,to follow your Big Childhood Dream, while simultaneously becoming very wealthy in the process?"

Would this really make your day, your year or your life so much better? What if you were able to create big money from doing what you love?

Now you might hear your little self's voice of skepticism creep in here: "Well we can't all be the next Elton John or Britney Spears!" Yes this is true. But you can be the next YOU!

Your subconscious mind holds negative memories and impressions that include reasons why you cannot be rich or why you cannot do what you love. This needs to be stopped as soon as possible. At the risk of sounding a bit commercial, (and please forgive me while still keeping an open mind) I am going to recommend that you get over to a T. Harv Seminar immediately if not sooner to rid your subconscious mind of a poor man's mindset.

His three day program which will actually cost you nothing but travel expenses to get there will be the best 3 day investment you could ever make. He teaches how to master the inner game of wealth and also how to conquer the outer world of wealth at the same time.

Remember in a previous blog that I defined wealth as more than mere money. Wealth is the abundance of love, family, friends, money, health, and prosperity on all levels of your life. A closer walk with God/The Universe/Your Higher Self/Spirit (or however you believe) is the true essence of Wealth in my eyes. The fastest way I know to do this, to achieve a Millionaire Mind is to go to this amazing, life changing seminar.

Another way is to get hypnotized by a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I know this to be true and real because I am one and I have seen first-hand incredible changes in people who have gone to 4-6 hypnosis sessions to change their mindset. You can quickly clear out any negative block that is holding you back from making money or keeping you from your goals and dreams. Also, once you release the negatives, you will have the opportunity to replace this with some positives as well.

Lastly, you must become aware of this incredible fact: the last 15 minutes before you fall asleep and the first 15 minutes when you wake up in the morning are powerful times because you are already in environmental hypnosis. This is a natural, normal state of mind and you can automatically program your own mind utilizing this wonderful 30 minutes per day.

Before you go to bed, say your affirmations of what you want to be do or have. When you wake up tell yourself, out loud if you can, what you want in your life.

For Example: Go to bed and say out loud to yourself:

"I AM a great singer."

Then imagine singing for thousands of people on a stage, happy and aware that you have arrived into your most perfect life ever.

Then you wake up in the morning and say out loud to yourself:

"I AM happy and grateful that I am able to inspire people with my singing voice."

Next, tie this with a wealthy, millionaire mindset.

At night say to yourself,

"I AM wealthy because I AM a great singer."

In the morning say out loud,

"I AM happy and grateful that I have become wealthy with my God given singing talent."

Of course, these are my words and my ideas and you will want to definitely tailor-make this to suit your own needs and desires and personal beliefs. You get the main idea here. Just apply this to any and all of your childhood dreams that you wish to manifest in your life!

Doing these small things and adding to your dream every day just a little bit will help you to reach your peak potential in life!  Which is where you want to be, on top of the tallest mountain, right?

I wish you the most abundant life possible, full of joy, happiness, peace and prosperity. Thank you for reading my blog.

Abundant Blessings,

Mermaid Girl
