Surviving This Recession

For the record, we know that President Obama did not cause the recession or the post depression state our economy is currently in at this time. It is estimated, that even in the next two to three years, we may still be faced with seven to nine trillion dollars of debt that taxpayers, will have to pay off. Well, here are some tips on how to survive a recession.

* Resist the urge to over spend. There is a big difference between wanting something and needing it.

*Pay off ALL your debt, especially credit cards.

*Learn to do MORE with LESS.

* I believe it is better to Rent than to buy a Home, especially in these times.

*Conserve Your Gasoline usage, and buy a smaller used vehicle if necessary.

*Learn to stick to a Budget.

*Invest your money wisely.

*Proactively have a contingency plan for everything in your life, know where you are going

*Always examine your bank account statements, Saving Statements, etc.

*Protect yourself from Identity Theft.

*Lastly, stay calm, and don't view these bad economically times, as if the sky is falling, examine the things you see and read in the news, and online rationally.
