Why Teamwork Matters
Many people talk about teamwork but sadly so many people are not team players, they want it all for themselves, the glory, climbing the greasy pole and money matters more to many than it should yet more can be achieved working together as "the sum of the parts is always greater than the whole" when blended into a great team.
True TEAMWORK is to Treat Everyone As Myself Willingly Openly Recycling Knowledge and this simple philosophy has an enormous power and "the wisdom of crowds" is far far greater than that of any one person.
When you achieve this then you can accomplish anything with a good team and a leader who encourages it and stops any selfish habits but teaches everyone that selflessness works but just takes longer.
Inspiration is the start of it all, then application, perseverance, constancy, consistency and some perspiration is the secret sauce of success and can achieve the end result as long as the team has been focussed on what is required and been encouraged to adopt the attitude expressed in paragraph two and not that in paragraph one above.
