Examination pattern: Before appearing in any examination, one must be aware of every minute detail of the examination like pattern of the examination, sectional distribution of marks, syllabus for each section, cut off marks for each section and overall cut off marks if any. Also ascertain if there is a provision of negative marking for wrong answers. If negative marking is there, it is better not to answer questions about which you are not totally sure as any wrong answer will reduce your marks instead of building up your total score.
