The Twitter Interview

Updated on September 13, 2011

Let's Join Forces with Twitter

Okay, so I am working on this new process of joining forces with others to feature what we are doing online. I currently have over 37,000 followers on Twitter. Why don't we try a joint Twitter interview?

If you want to try this process, just write out a script that you can copy and paste as a Tweet. Of course you can improvise responses too. Then when we do the interview, we simply Tweet each other the questions and the responses back and forth.

For more clarification on the Tweet process, we won't use Direct Messages or the What's Happening Box; we will use the Tweet reply process that you can access by clicking on my Twitter profile on the upper right of my page. Example: Go to and click on profile. Find one of my messages you want to reply to. Click on the reply button under my message.. Then send your Tweet to me; I will return the favor. Lastly click on the home icon, top left of your Twitter page. Find the "mention" icon under the What's Happening Box, and keep replying to our mutual Tweets. That's a Twitter interview in a nutshell. What do you think?

Here is an example of the script I will be using:

#1. Please introduce yourself to our friends on Twitter:

I am the author of The Eby Way. Have a Masters in Social Work; 40 years of professional experience; Retired from the VA as a social worker.

#2. Will you tell us a little about your book?

The Eby Way, is a self-help guide to overcoming past dark secrets so we can achieve our goals today. You can also learn four simple steps to a more positive life.

#3. Why did you write it?

Year after year books are published promising happiness, joy, prosperity, love, and health. They just don’t tell us how to do it.

Oh, yes, they tell us to think positive or forget about the past. They offer us chants and “powers” and even “secrets”.

Here’s the real secret: as long as your heart or mind or body remembers that negative incident from long ago, change will be difficult.

Unlike these other books, I will show you how to stop the negative so you can truly gather the positive.

#4. Why should people buy it?

You can use my emotional healing process to overcome any negative issue or barrier in your life. It is fully field tested to facilitate change on all levels.

#5. Are free samples of your work available?

Please watch The Eby Way video here and check out some free samples of my work:

So friends, if you want to join me in this new promotion venture, just comment here or put a message on this Hub or send me a Tweet..

Peace and Light: Gary Eby, MSW and author of The Eby Way.

Darlene: Sure we can do this after the holidays. I'm on Pacific time so let me know what works for you. We can utilize the Twitter reply process to send each other Q and A. How does that sound to you? Peace and Light...Gary.

      Hi, Gary,

I have to admit, I'm a little confused. Do the participants post the questions and answers on twitter?

I still can't get the hang of Twitter, but will look into it and see what its like. Wow, you have 26,000 followers? With the way you write in Hubpages, I know your book must be a good source of healing reason why I ordered it. I love to expand my mind, release blocks and grow.
