Or you can offer to stop in and feed, water and or walk the dog and/or cat when the owner is away for business or vacation.

Other dogs have the run of the fenced yard, but their owners don't want to deal with the by-product. Owners will pay for scheduled yard maintenance. All you need is a good scooper, refuse bags and a little time.

This is an ideal part-time job which can be expanded to a full time dog day care or pet boarding facility.

Great tip, Elearn4Life. Anyone who can help clean up and/or perform repairs on foreclosed homes should be able to clean up (forgive the pun). Do a great job and take some before and after pictures and use to get additional work. Thanks for reading and commenting.

Much needed Hub. Trash out services are in demand also because of all the forclosures. The banks are being charged daily for vacant homes not cleaned up and are paying top dollars to people in the trash out business(home preservation).
