Volusion - Customer Support

Customer support is available 24/7 via phone, email, and live chat. There are tons of guides and documentations to help you with setting up your store.

However, at times, their customer support lacks knowledge and expertise with how their software works.

Volusion - Pros and Cons

  • Pros - No transaction fees, lowest pricing in the industry, 24/7 help and support, good features
  • Cons - Hidden bandwidth fees, most of the templates are ugly and plain

Conclusion

If you do not mind the hidden bandwidth fees, Volusion is the perfect choice for your business. If you do mind these fees and are still interested in Volusion, I suggest that you get one of their higher priced plans.

Either way, the fees are very small and usually ended up costing me an extra $10 per month for a decent sized store.
