I had a problem with an order from Zapos.com and the help there was fantastic and took care of things right away. DISH Network phone people have been good.
Hearthsong.com had people that didn't even know what was on the website when I needed to return a product. I had to tell them I could download a return label. Zenni Opitcal - same thing. Had a problem and his attitude odd, he said, "humm, that's weird, I don't know that to tell you."
Sorry I listed both good and bad, I seem to be starting off the new year sort of negatively.
