from Residential to Commercial use?
Sorry for the late reply, I did not see or noticed that I have message, because I usually check the comment only.
Anyway, to avoid any problem regarding in Residential or Commercial water. Much better if you apply earlier before you put up the business. But we have a lot of case that there are using only residential water. So I guess the water supplier is not strict on this matter.
