Could I sue my previoius employer if someone younger than me gets caught falsifying a med document
get fired or retire. I never openly admitted to this action they started the investigation on the words of an office manager. Can I go back and sue my previous employer and something similar happens and a younger employees gets only suspension for the same act?
I really think you'd have no case to sue. You no longer work there, so really you have no grounds. What proof would you have of an injustice? Really- there's not enough info in your question to give a full educated answer, but I wish you luck in what you decide to do. Also- normally, the first appt w/ a lawyer is free, don't be afraid to ask them if you have something worth pursuing. Good Luck!
