Given the fact that most of the nations in the Bretton Woods system now find themselves in the middle of big Budget Crunches and many are on the path to devaluing their currencies, I don't think it was a tremendous success.
thank you for that question. the answer is to certain extent, at first, bretton woods system was successful to meet the current problem when it was formed. but we have to understand that economic trend is so dynamic in nature that as we proffer solution for immediate economic problem, we are definitely going to be faced by another tomorrow. thanks once for the question
