what is the tempreture of each of oven section
What would happen in each section of the ovens?.e.i,phsical or chemical change.
I assume this question is related to biscuit ovens with multiple zones . Well oven temperature profiles are different for different products such as hard dough or short dough however avg temperatures for biscuits varies from first zone ie 180 deg c to middle 280 degc - 320 deg c to last zone 200degc - 180 deg c.
normally first two zones are termed as heating zone where as middle two zones are termed as baking zones and last zones are called coloring zones .

The temperature of your oven depends on how high or low you set it. The top of the oven is always warmer if it's a conventional one.
