to report this as income?
if you recieve a 1099 form showing how much you made then you can put it with your taxes. If you don't make a certain amount, I think it has to be over $600.00, then you don't have to report it. Each state is different and you can call the IRS and ask or call any tax office that prepares taxes for people and they can tell you for the area your in.

Would you support a flat 15% income tax?Would you support a flat 15% income tax in this country? Other than a personal deduction (possibly in the neighborhood of 25k per individual/50k per couple) there would be no deductions.
