Iam residing in a cooperative housing society in Mumbai,Maharashtra.Iam staing in a ground floor...
flat.We have ground plus two stories building. For the past 6 months water is leaking in our flat from the ceiling. After checking the flat above mine, I found out that the above flat is also getting severe leakage from the flat above them. When I inspected the flat on the 2nd floor,I stronly believe that the source of leakage is from their bathroom which was renovated by them with new tiles and other things. The member on the 2nd floor refuse to admit that leakage is coming from their flat and refused to do anything in the matter? My question is how can I force them to stop the leakage
Let them Know that if the problem is not rectified soon you will file a report with the city buliding inspector and health dept,to have the building inspected for damages and leak that could
pose health risk due to continued moisture that could even be
coming from the toilet drain.
