Do you have a legal game plan for all of your earning, internet content if you were to die suddenly?

Many of my writing friends have been addressing this subject since there are questions as to how your family or spouse could legally access your internet earnings if you were to die unexpectedly. I am looking into this for myself, find little information on it and wanted to bring awareness to this important subject for all of us writers.

Anybody that doesn't have a game plan for any of his or her earning is not yet matured enough to take life challenges.

I, too, am still researching the legal ramifications. A couple of people who wrote on the same sites I do have died, and in the first case her daughter was able to take over her accounts, and in the second her husband took them over. That said, I do not know if the companies are under any legal obligation to release the funds and rights to someone who is not the author and who is not the person who originally entered into whatever kind of licensing agreement exists. It sure would be nice if they'd let us write in some kind of beneficiary information and remove all doubt.

It will be divided equally between my 3 children.

Each of them will receive 3 cents.
