    How to attract A+ talent for startups?

    Startups like DesiSauda which are short on cash but have passionate team and great vision. I am looking for some innovative ways in which I can attract A+ talent (I have shared my company's stock with everyone in the company). So any entrepreneurs who wet through this cycle please comment on this.

    My general feeling is that there are only a very few A+ people to begin with and only a very few of those are suitable for a startup.  Those very few would mostly rather have their own startup than work as a mere employee, even if stock options are part of it.

    I honestly think you have to settle for A, not A+.  Not always, of course, but the people you might want the most will often be the least interested.
