Can a prospective employer use their own personal references to gain knowledge that is biased?
I resigned on bad terms due to a hostile work environment directed at my physical disability as well as race. The personal reference is a former coworker who didn't know the whole picture and gave what he knew as the truth. Can I file defamation?
