I cannot answer that, friend. What many people don't understand about the dollar is that it isn't American currency.
The dollar belongs to the bankers - the World Bank money men. Did you know that the 'American' Federal Reserve Bank is a PRIVATE BANK? It is named to sound like it is American. The strongest (military) country today in the world is being controlled by the World Bank.
Just a few of these bankers are actually American. Rockefeller, he's US, Rothschild is British, Wallenberg Swedish...
The dollar belongs to the World Bank and that is why they are trying to make it THE currency. They can print their own money and flood markets when they want. They can refuse to exchange their own dollars they gave you when they bought goods from your country.
They are the unseen.....
