Do you stretch the truth on resumes?

Do you think it is ok and/or neccessary to "stretch the truth", "jimmy the facts", make things up, or outright lie on a resume?

I can't say I've stretched the truth. But, there are things I've left out, and things I've played up (emphasized), even if I don't have a lot of experience, because I think it will better help sell me into the job.

I really juice up some facts and make everyday things appear like the best thing since sliced bread... it's the rules... every one does it!
