Do you stretch the truth on resumes?Do you think it is ok and/or neccessary to "stretch the truth", "jimmy the facts", make things up, or outright lie on a resume?
I can't say I've stretched the truth. But, there are things I've left out, and things I've played up (emphasized), even if I don't have a lot of experience, because I think it will better help sell me into the job.
Thank you very much for your answer!
I really juice up some facts and make everyday things appear like the best thing since sliced bread... it's the rules... every one does it!
Right! Do you also change dates to fill the dreaded "gaps" ?
