THis experience is a negative one. Can I mention the name of this company in my hub?
I cannot think of a reason why not. It is definitely not self promotion.
You can but remember if the company loses business due to your negativity, they may take exception and can sue. I read an article where someone was sued over a negative review as it cost the company revenue. We are such litigious society, these kinds of things can be scary.
