I don't, as I get some followers that are definitely quesitonable - they write no Hubs and offer nothing useful to the community, and yet they follow me? For what reason, I wonder? However, I think the reaction to getting a follower is, and always should be, the sole discretion of the person being followed.
It is normal to feel happy. But don't expect them to really 'follow' you throughout.
So that happiness is transient.
It depends, if they are an active member on hubpages. They have their own work. ( More than 1 hub). Then most definitely. However, if they are a follower and have no written hubs, or no activity. Then, no.
