Why do some bars / clubs have ice in the urinals?
I don't know if it's a new thing or its an old bar maintenance trick, but I've noticed three bars in the Upstate New York putting ice into their urinals. So I was wondering if there was any special significance to this?
What you are seeing is more than likely, simply where the Bartenders are dumping the melting ice cubes from behind the bar (and ice left in empty drinks, which they dump into a bucket before either making a new drink with fresh ice or washing the glass) Once the bucket fills, they probably make a run to the men's room and toss it in the urinal to melt and run down the drain.
I can't think of another rational reason for this.
Hey...where about in Upstate NY??

Why are girls so loud compared to guys at bars, clubs, late night delis....?Yeah, I know guys get rowdy, especially when a big play in some sport, but for SUSTAINED loud background noise, the girls are champs. Why is that?
