Can anyone mentor me regarding the best affiliate programs out there? i am a dedicated individual with a strong academic background so i will commit to the project wholeheartedly..
id like to know the best affilliate marketing schemes out there, the quickest way to get started & the best products to market to get sales as quickly as possible...
There are no "Best" schemes. People buy and sell products every single day. I read that Winnie the Pooh Merchandise is a $6 Billion dollar industry. Think about that.
Printer ink is a multi-billion dollar industry that pays approximately 25% commissions. How many affiliate programs pay that high a commission? So what can you do with that now that you know?
And why would anyone take the time to teach you how to make money... what's in it for them? Nothing.
Here is a tip... the online marketers who say they have a program or method are selling you something. That's it. Not a one of them give a damn about anyone but themselves, and that's a fact.
Vitamins pay 8-10% commissions and it's another multi-billion dollar industry.
Discover card pays $40 per approved application and was paying $80 per application this past two months and is continuing to do so for the super affiliates that drive business. Can you drive people to sign up for Discover Card?
Your thinking shouldn't be "What is the best". It should be what do I know about, and what can I do, and how can I find a market, and how can I put myself into that market by delivering MORE VALUE than the people already there.
This is not to criticize you it's to make you think. If you want to train to do a task then get a job. The people who make money online are the people that figure out what people want and give it to them.
And it's a lot like the NBA, NFL, or any pro sport. You may have all the ambition in the world... you can practice and practice, and you may become proficient. But the people that make it big have the God Given talent, and they have financial backing.
Bill Gates was able to form Microsoft because he is smart, he got into the right market at the right time. But what people don't talk about is his family was already affluent so he had all the time in the world to try and experiment and figure things out... because he didn't have to worry about where his next meal was coming from or if he could pay his rent.
Good luck with your search.
Money follows value, the more value you create the more money you make.
Hi Hinazille!
Like Mike said: "There are no "Best" schemes".
I think that the best way to start is get what you do better and be the better doing it!
Meanwhile you can try some things. i tried a surf bar program called 20$2surf, and i get some results, but that's good for me, donĀ“t mean that will be good for you.
I think that niche blogging is a good way to, and you can do it with HubPages!!! ;D
Hope you get what you are asking for.
Best Regards
Gramalho
I know what I think is the best affiliate program, but then I'm biased and unashamedly involved!
Never pay anyone to get involved, they are all scams making money from newbies.
MikeNV just about summed it up 100%

I'm trying to expunge my account of all EBay products since I just realized they don't pay a commission and instead only pay pennies on large sales. Is there an easier method than going hub to hub and deleting them? ...

If you were given a chance to become a full-time internet marketer, would you want to be one? I ask this because I've no problem being one but some people don't want to work in front of a PC. So, I want to know a general perspective.

If you are like me, your inbox is being bombarded daily with emails from gurus claiming to have the perfect opportunity. I always say if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Last week, I came across an affiliate program that sounded to good to be true. It was free for your website, auto...
